Affiliate Program

Purpose

Establish a clear, consistent process for managing the Affiliate Program at Allied Assist Co/CVA so affiliates who promote CVA services are compensated fairly, tracking is transparent, and all commitments (past and future) are honored.

Scope

Approved affiliates who have applied, been accepted, and are actively promoting Allied Assist Co/CVA services. Does not apply to one-time referrers (see Referral SOP).

Definitions

  • Affiliate: Individual or organization approved to promote CVA services and receive commissions for new clients who sign up using their affiliate link.

  • - Affiliate link/code: Unique tracking link or code issued by Allied Assist Co/CVA.

  • - Affiliate commission: Payout for each successful referral (flat-rate or percentage-based).

  • - Successful referral (affiliate): A new client who signs a service agreement and completes at least 90 days of active service.

Policy

  • Affiliates complete an application and must be approved by Allied Assist Co/CVA leadership.

  • - Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link or code for CVA packages.

  • - Standard commission: 5% monthly following completion of the referee’s 90-day trial period.

  • - High-performer bonus: affiliates may qualify for 5% recurring commissions for up to 12 months if they consistently deliver multiple clients.

  • - Commissions begin after the client completes 90 days of service.

Limitations

- Commissions stop immediately if the client cancels or invoices go unpaid.

- Commissions are not retroactive for clients who signed up before affiliate approval.

- Affiliates may not misrepresent services or offer unauthorized discounts.

- Attribution disputes are resolved by company leadership (Bobby & Angie).

- Exceptions: any promises made prior to new policies must be honored and documented.

Application and approval

Prospective affiliates apply via the company website. Assistant Director (Bobby) and Director (Angie) review based on reach, professionalism, and values alignment. Approved affiliates receive onboarding instructions and their unique link.

Promotion

Affiliates share their unique link via events, email lists, or social media. Tracking is handled by Allied Assist Co/CVA internal systems.

Client conversion

Credit is earned when a potential client clicks the affiliate link, signs a service agreement, and completes 90 days of service. The client remains associated with the affiliate while active and paying (for recurring-commission eligibility).

Commission processing

1. Finance generates payout reports monthly and prepares payout documentation.

2. Assistant Director (Bobby) reviews payout accuracy.

3. Director (Angie) approves final payouts.

4. Payments via PayPal within 30 days after the client’s 90th-day milestone.

5. Ops Coordinator logs “Who Paid” and Payment Reference (PayPal ID) in the Referral & Affiliate Tracker.

Roles

  • Affiliate partner: Promotes ethically, maintains professional reputation, complies with program rules.

  • - Ops Coordinator: Logs referrals, verifies eligibility after 90 days, updates payout tracker.

  • - Finance (Princess): Prepares and processes payouts; reconciles expenses monthly.

  • - Assistant Director of Operations (Bobby): Oversees tracking, verifies reports, ensures fairness.

  • - Director of Operations (Angie): Approves policies, manages compliance, final sign-off.

Communication

Affiliates receive a monthly payout statement. Onboarding/retention updates may come from the Director of Operations or Success Coaches. Support: https://www.myscalepilot.com/support
