Purpose
Counter-check student meal counts by comparing CareConnect attendance/time records with MyFoodProgram meal counts for Rose Thomas, so discrepancies are caught before reporting.
Prerequisites
• Sign in to CareConnect and MyFoodProgram with the client’s approved credentials via the organization’s password manager.
• ClickUp/Hubtasks ready for discrepancy notes.
Procedure
1. Sign in to CareConnect. Open Daily → Attendance. Use each student’s time-based records as the basis for meal-count checks.
2. Switch Sites / Classroom as needed. Change the date for each check and click Search after every change.
3. Sign in to MyFoodProgram, open Sites, choose the matching site, then Meal Counts.
4. Set the same date, classroom, and meal periods you are checking in CareConnect.
5. Compare breakfast, lunch, and PM snack counts to CareConnect time records. Note whether meal counts appear early, on time, or late relative to CareConnect times.
6. Log discrepancies, including:
• Attendance in CareConnect but student missing in MyFoodProgram
• Meal count present but student marked absent in CareConnect
7. Repeat across required accounts/sites/classrooms/dates.
8. Update ClickUp with completed, pending, or remaining work and list open discrepancies.
