Procedure
Verify the current link. Open the link and confirm that it points to the intended scheduling page. Record the correct URL.
2. Find affected locations. Review every page and sub-account where the link is used. Document broken, incorrect, or outdated instances.
3. Update the custom value. Locate the custom value containing the calendar URL, replace it with the correct URL, and save.
4. Update hyperlinks. If the link is embedded in a hyperlink, replace the target while preserving formatting.
5. Test every page. Visit each updated page, click the link, and confirm that the calendar loads and functions.
6. Perform quality assurance. Confirm that no 404 errors remain and that all pages and sub-accounts use the same correct link.
