Completion And Submission Of Daily Report Summary My Food Program

Purpose and Deadline

Provide a clear end-of-day record of completed work, pending items, barriers, meal-service data, and resolutions so the client and leadership can address issues promptly. Submit to the designated client contact by the end of each workday.

Procedure

1. Review the daily checklist or planner and list each completed task, such as My Food Program updates, expense uploads, meal-count verification, reports, and follow-ups.

2. List tasks still pending and briefly explain whether the blocker is missing information, a technical issue, access, or another dependency.

3. Describe issues encountered, including system errors, missing records, staff unavailability, or miscommunication.

4. Record meal-service results: planned versus actual meals for breakfast, lunch, snack, and supper where applicable; note shortages, overages, discrepancies, and milk issues.

5. Describe resolutions completed that day and identify anything requiring client action.

6. Submit using this format:
