❶ Create Content Using ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT.
Provide a clear prompt to ChatGPT (example: “Create a Mindful Monday post about [topic] with hashtags”).
Review and refine the generated content.
Copy the final text and save it for the next step.
❷ Log Content in the Excel Sheet
Open 2025 Social Media Contents for Toddler’s University Excel Sheet
Locate the correct week/date tab or row.
Enter the following information:
Day/Theme (e.g., Mindful Monday)
Caption/Copy (paste from ChatGPT)
Hashtags
Status (mark as “To Do”)
❸ Notify Soraya (Graphics Team)
Send Soraya the content details from the Excel Sheet (caption, theme, size, or special requests).
Ask her to create the corresponding graphic.
Update the Status column in the Excel Sheet to “In Progress.”
❹ Update Status for Client Approval
When Soraya sends back the completed graphic, add it to the Excel row or attach the file/link. And she will update it to “ For Coach Approval
Once the Coach approved the graphics update it to “ For Client Approval”
❺ Schedule Post in Metricool
Log in to Metricool.
Go to Planning in the left-hand menu.
Click the Date you want to schedule the post.
Paste the Caption/Copy into the text box.
Upload the Graphic file.
Adjust the time to 09:15 AM.
Click Schedule. Important: If you don’t have access to Tiffany’s Metricool account or aren’t sure how to log in, please feel free to reach out to El or Bobby — they’ll be happy to help.
❻ Final Review
Double-check Metricool to ensure the post appears under “Scheduled Posts.”
Update the Excel sheet Status column to “Scheduled.”
