Dress Code Policy

Scope

Applies to all contractors, VAs, staff, and administrators of CVA and Allied Assist during work hours, client meetings, internal meetings, and other professional representation.

Standards

Maintain a professional, presentable appearance and demeanor. Video stays on during client meetings unless approved for technical reasons. Use an approved branded or neutral professional background and remain engaged.

Wear professional attire such as a collared shirt, blazer, suit jacket, or professional blouse. T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, graphic shirts, lounge/pajama/workout wear are not permitted for professional meetings.

Keep visible workspaces tidy, minimize noise and interruptions, and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities and Enforcement

Staff follow the policy; supervisors and success coaches provide feedback or corrective guidance. First violations may result in a reminder or written warning. Continued disregard may lead to removal from client-facing work, reassignment, or contract termination. Review annually.
