EA Full-Time and Part-Time Package Execution Model

## Purpose

Standardize service delivery so one Executive Assistant owns client execution while specialty teams participate only in paid, approved add-on services.

## EA Ownership

The assigned EA is the sole execution owner, completes assigned tasks, manages daily operations, works within allocated hours, and uses SOPs and approved tools before escalating.

## Time and Scope

Only the assigned EA may log client time unless specialty routing is approved. Standard EA work includes administrative operations, email, data entry, social posting, CACFP entry, basic bookkeeping/reconciliation, task tracking, follow-ups, and coordination.

## Specialty Routing

Specialty work may begin only when the correct add-on is purchased, paid in full, within scope, and approved by Operations. Pending invoices, partial payments, verbal commitments, and future promises do not qualify. Senior staff may advise or review but may not execute or log client time unless approved.

## Prohibited Actions and Accountability

Do not route unpaid or unapproved work, provide informal execution help, split ownership without approval, or log unauthorized time. Violations may cause reassignment, performance review, or operational correction.

**Bottom line:** Standard packages mean the EA executes; paid add-ons unlock specialty teams; no payment or approval means no routing.
