Daily Process
Step 1 — Scrub the inbox in the morning and midday.
Step 2 — Classify messages as operational, semi-strategic, or high-impact strategic.
Step 3 — Route messages to the appropriate folder.
Step 4 — Draft replies and strategic messages for approval; do not commit to financial, legal, or strategic terms without approval.
Step 5 — Rezin reviews 01 DRAFT READY rather than working through the full inbox.
Step 6 — Use Voxer for urgent approvals or tone clarification; do not forward long email threads there.
Step 7 — Review 02 WAITING ON daily and follow up when appropriate.
Weekly Audit and Success Measures
Keep the inbox near zero, clean Draft Ready, clear Waiting On, archive completed threads, and review sent items for quality. Success means minimal review time, prepared decisions, consistent tone, controlled routing, and no missed important messages.
