Enrollment Marketing – ELC & Fall School-Age

Purpose

To promote current enrollment opportunities for the ELC and fall school-age programs while maintaining consistent, targeted enrollment marketing.

Frequency

ELC Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4: 2 posts per week for the current campaign period

Fall School-Age: 1 post per week through September

Procedure

Review current enrollment priorities and available openings.

Create enrollment-focused content for the appropriate program.

For ELC Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4, highlight relevant benefits such as:

  • Kindergarten readiness

  • STEAM learning

  • Field trips

  • Early learning and developmental opportunities

For Fall School-Age, highlight relevant program benefits, availability, and information for families preparing for the school year.

Include a clear enrollment CTA.

Include the appropriate Playground enrollment/waitlist link or QR code.

Verify all dates, program information, contact details, and links.

Create the graphic and caption.

Schedule the content according to the appropriate posting frequency.

Monitor engagement, inquiries, and responses.

Adjust messaging or posting frequency based on enrollment needs and client direction.

Quality Check

Before scheduling, confirm:

  • Correct program and age group

  • Current enrollment availability

  • Correct center/location

  • Accurate contact information

  • Working enrollment/waitlist link or QR code

  • No outdated program information

  • Consistent branding and messaging

Current Marketing Priorities

ELC: Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4 enrollment — 2x weekly

Fall School-Age: Enrollment promotion — 1x weekly through September

Bayou Infant Enrollment: Currently paused while infant slots are full.
