❷ Notify Graphic Designer (GD)
Inform the assigned graphic designer that new content is ready for design.
❸ Graphic Designer Updates
The GD must update their outputs so the PM (Project Manager) can review and leave comments indicating that content is ready for review.
❹ Coach Approval
Once the coach approves the content, the PM will forward it to the client for review.
❺ Client Feedback
If the client has revisions or approves the content, the PM will update the task comments and status accordingly.
❻ Content Scheduling
The PM will schedule the approved content using Metricool.
