## Objective
Maintain an accurate, reimbursable eight-week rotating menu in Playground for the Murray, Redwood, and West Valley sites, with each site matching the approved master menu.
## Procedure
1. Sign in to Playground through the approved password manager and select the assigned site.
2. Open **Food Program → Edit Meals** and use the approved Spring/Summer Master Menu as the source.
3. Enter each day’s grain/protein, fruit, vegetable, dairy, serving size, and whole-grain designation where applicable. Mark each meal as reimbursable and save.
4. Review system alerts. Treat alerts as prompts for review, not automatic disqualifications; follow the approved master menu and escalate uncertainty.
5. After one complete week is correct, use **Duplicate Meals** to extend the menu through the eight-week cycle. Verify dates, portions, whole-grain labels, and meal components in every week.
6. From the enterprise food-program view, duplicate the completed cycle to the other assigned sites. Confirm that Murray, Redwood, and West Valley display the same approved menu.
7. Keep at least two cycles prepared in advance when required. Update all sites together for approved seasonal or compliance changes and retain change documentation.
