# Lead Management Enrollment via Scale Pilot
This **Standard Operating Procedure** outlines the complete process for managing **leads **received through the **Scalepilot **platform. It ensures that every inquiry is tracked, responded to promptly, and nurtured effectively to support enrollment growth and maintain excellent customer service.
The SOP covers step-by-step guidelines for receiving, reviewing, and organizing incoming leads; assigning follow-up tasks; communicating with prospective families; and documenting each interaction for accurate reporting. It provides clarity on team responsibilities, response timelines, messaging standards, and escalation procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism.

## ❶ Log in to ScalePilot
Access the SoTellUs website and sign in with your assigned email and password. Ensure you are using **Heritage Early Learning** account to open the main dashboard.
## ❷ Go to Opportunities Tab
Navigate to the left menu and click the **Opportunities **tab to view all incoming leads.
## ❸ Check the Correct Pipeline
Ensure you are viewing the **Opportunities**** - Prospect Families **of **Heritage Early Learning** pipeline located in the top-left corner.
## ❹ Navigate to the “Chat /Contact Us/Phone Lead” Column
Scroll to the right in the pipeline to view the different columns. Each column contains leads based on their inquiry type, such as interested families, families looking for care, general inquiries, and other categories.
## ❺ Review each Leads
Start at the bottom of the column (oldest lead). Click the lead’s name to open their profile and view the most recent conversation.**Chek History (calls, previous message, memo/notes)**
