Lead Quality Tracking for Facebook Ads

Track whether Facebook/Meta leads are contactable, qualified, and progressing toward appointments or conversions. Sources may include lead forms, landing pages, website/CRM forms, booking links, Messenger, and phone campaigns.

# Confirm Source and Destination

Confirm client, campaign, ad set/ad, source, and reporting range. Confirm leads appear in the approved destination (Meta Lead Center, CRM, sheet, inbox, form dashboard, booking system, tracker, or automation) with complete fields, timestamps, and source. Escalate missing leads, unclear source, wrong destination, or broken routing.

# Update the Tracker

Use the approved tracker with client, campaign, source, date, name, phone, email, service, lead status, contact attempts/outcome, qualification, appointment/tour, conversion, rating, notes, owner, and last-updated date. Enter new leads and check duplicates by name, phone, email, and repeated submissions. Mark duplicates; do not delete them.

# Request Feedback

Ask the client or follow-up owner whether each lead was contacted, qualified, interested, booked, converted, unresponsive, invalid, outside the service area, wrong fit, spam, or fake. Record contact status (including attempt count and no response), qualification status, reasons for disqualification, and appointment/tour or conversion status.

# Summarize and Compare

Calculate total, new, duplicate, invalid, contacted, unresponsive, qualified, unqualified, booked, converted, and unknown leads. Add rates when useful. Compare quality with Meta spend, lead count, cost per lead, and campaign metrics.

# Recommend and Report

Document recurring issues such as wrong service area, bad data, weak forms, broad targeting, unclear offers, or slow follow-up. Send the PM/SPM totals, date range, summary, issue, recommendation, and approval need. Update the campaign tracker and save supporting screenshots using Client - Campaign - Lead Quality - Date. Do not change budget, targeting, offer, form questions, or campaign status without approval. Escalate quality, routing, follow-up, data, or approval issues.

# Rate Quality

Use High Quality for contactable, qualified leads moved to the next step; Medium Quality for contactable but uncommitted leads; Low Quality for poor fit/not ready; Invalid for fake, spam, bad contact, or duplicate; and Unknown when feedback is pending.
