LinkedIn Management

## Quality Standards

- Perform LinkedIn activity daily, excluding weekends unless requested.

- Capture analytics weekly.

- Keep responses professional, relevant, and timely.

- Use consistent file naming and reporting.

- Do not post, edit, or message without approval.

## 1. Time Tracking

Log in to Hubstaff and select the LinkedIn Management task for the appropriate client workspace.

## 2. Account Access

Use the approved password manager and authorized shared credentials. Confirm successful access before proceeding; do not record credentials in this SOP or task comments.

## 3. Daily Monitoring

Review relevant connection requests, decline spam, check private messages, and escalate messages requiring Ms. Erica's input. Review notifications, respond to comments professionally, and react to appropriate engagement.

## 4. Weekly Analytics

Capture post impressions/search appearances and full profile analytics. Combine the images and save using `LinkedIn_Analytics_[Month][Day].png`.

## 5. Reporting and Coordination

Attach the analytics image to the Hubtasks/Worklenz LinkedIn Management task, add a short caption, and mark the day's work complete or move it to review. Coordinate weekly post ideas with the client's focus areas, maintain the content file, and upload approved branding photos.

## 6. Networking

Connect with relevant childcare, education, real-estate, and consulting professionals. Engage in relevant groups, comment on industry posts, and log meaningful connections or leads in Networking Notes.

## Document Control

Review quarterly or after changes to access, task process, or reporting structure. Store the current version in the LinkedIn Management folder and reference it in Hubtasks/Worklenz.
