## Purpose
Use Worklenz to organize client work, assign responsibility, monitor deadlines, balance capacity, resolve blockers, and identify risk.
## Setup
Confirm each project represents a client account, department, initiative, or internal work area; use `Client Name | Business Name`; and review open, upcoming, overdue, and completed work. Create one task per identifiable outcome and include owner, due date, priority, instructions, client requirements, links, dependencies, and completion standard as applicable.
## Assignment and Review
Confirm role fit, instructions, skills, access, capacity, and realistic deadlines before assigning. Use **Urgent**, **High**, **Normal**, and **Low** consistently. Each day review overdue, due-today, urgent, upcoming, stalled, and blocked work. Follow up on little progress, repeated rescheduling, dependencies, and client deadlines.
When blocked, identify the cause, resolver, follow-up, and target date; adjust deadlines when justified; document updates; and escalate material client impact. Review workload before treating delay as a performance issue.
Before completion, confirm the deliverable meets instructions. Weekly review projects, overdue/upcoming work, capacity, blockers, bottlenecks, deadlines, and account health. Classify projects **Green — On Track**, **Yellow — Needs Attention**, or **Red — At Risk**, with action plans for yellow/red. Keep Worklenz data current.
