Project Manager

Role Purpose

The Project Manager supports childcare-business clients through organized follow-up, documentation, communication, and service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Send recap emails with action steps after strategy calls.

  • - Follow up on outstanding items and timelines.

  • - Monitor task statuses and update them from team feedback.

  • - Take meeting notes and maintain dashboards, milestones, deliverables, and progress records.

  • - Prepare client updates, presentations, and reports.

  • - Coordinate daily client check-ins and scheduling.

  • - Gather updates from specialty team members before client meetings.

  • - Review client tasks daily, record status and communication method, and follow up until client approval or revisions are received.

  • - Encourage client feedback, wins, and testimonials through approved channels.

  • - Model professional, clear, growth-oriented communication.

Qualifications and Success Measures

Strong writing, time management, communication, organization, and remote-work skills are required. Familiarity with project-management, CRM, communication, and file-storage tools is expected; childcare, client-success, or virtual-assistance experience is helpful.
