## Purpose
Convert a completed YouTube vlog episode into a long-form SEO blog post, podcast episode, and cross-promoted content set.
## 1. Locate the Source Video
In Vlog Publisher, open the completed video and its blog/podcast subtasks. Locate the matching video on the Miles and Memories YouTube channel and copy its share link.
## 2. Generate the Blog
Open the Miles and Memories Podcast notebook in NotebookLM, add the YouTube URL, generate the long-form blog, and copy it. In ScalePilot, create the blog, enter the title and slugs, and generate a meta description under 100 characters.
Proofread the body, remove duplicate titles, and add the YouTube and podcast links. Set category to Miles and Memories, use the approved author, leave canonical settings at default, and add 10 keywords.
## 3. Add Cover Image
Create a 600×400 PNG cover image, use a descriptive filename, upload it to the Blog Images folder, and add alt text and a concise description.
## 4. Generate and Upload the Podcast
In NotebookLM select Deep Dive, English, and Long Format. Generate and download the audio. Rename it with dashes only, then upload it to Buzzsprout with title and description. Keep the description under 3,500 characters and include blog and YouTube links.
## 5. Cross-Promotion and Review
Add the podcast link back to the blog. Update the YouTube description with the blog and podcast links. Verify that each platform contains links to the other two. Move the task to Ready for Review with the YouTube, blog, and podcast links. Publish or schedule only after approval.
## Quality Checklist
- Slug has no commas.
- Meta description is at most 100 characters.
- Blog description and keywords meet the requested limits.
- Cover image is uploaded.
- Links are clickable on all platforms.
- Titles are consistent.
