Quality Assurance & Task Management Policy

Task Standards

Document all work with a clear description, time estimate, start and due dates, attachments, and subtasks for multi-step deliverables. Divide estimates when multiple people are assigned.

Status and Communication

Update task status in real time. Add daily comments covering progress, blockers, and next steps. Document client communications in professional, client-facing language.

Review and Accountability

All deliverables receive SPM review before client submission. SPMs and EAs monitor client work and escalate assistance needs promptly.

Compliance

Missing task details or daily updates can delay approval and are non-compliant. The policy is reviewed annually and requires consistent documentation to protect quality and client trust.
