1. Review Photos
In Brightwheel, open Rooms, select the correct classroom, filter the date range, and select photo activity. Check clarity, activity, classroom, positive representation, and audience suitability.
2. Select and Authorize
Choose approved photos that show learning, play, events, or classroom experiences. Do not use blurry, duplicate, sensitive, or unauthorized images. Availability in Brightwheel does not itself authorize public use; ask a supervisor when uncertain.
3. Prepare the Post
Write a warm, positive, accurate, family-friendly caption. Confirm the photo, caption, grammar, branding, hashtags, and confidentiality.
4. Publish
In the approved social scheduler, upload the photo, add the final caption and hashtags, review once more, and publish according to schedule.
5. Update Brightwheel
When required, post the approved photo to the correct classroom feed, verify audience visibility, and confirm the post.
