Update IEF Forms And Addremove Children In MFP

Purpose

Keep My Food Program (MFP) enrollment and roster data aligned with Procare and signed enrollment documentation, including enrollment dates, withdrawal dates, schedules, and meal participation.

Procedure

1. Sign in to Procare through the organization’s approved password manager and export the current enrollment roster. Include each child’s name, enrollment or withdrawal date, scheduled attendance, and meal times.

2. Sign in to MFP and open Enrollment & Roster. Compare every Procare child with the corresponding MFP profile.

3. Verify the enrollment date for each child and enter the accurate withdrawal date when applicable. Confirm dates against the signed enrollment form.

4. Compare scheduled meals, such as breakfast, lunch, and snack, with the Procare attendance schedule and enrollment form. Update meal participation fields when needed.

5. Identify children present in Procare but missing from MFP, and children still in MFP who are no longer active. Add new enrollees, process withdrawals, and correct schedule or meal-participation discrepancies when authorized.

6. Save the changes. Retain the updated roster and export according to the client’s documentation process, and notify the designated reviewer that the MFP roster aligns with Procare and enrollment records.
