## Purpose
Record and update food production counts in MyFoodProgram for Monica Howard’s schools so meal counts stay accurate for state requirements and reimbursement approval.
## Prerequisites
- Sign in to MyFoodProgram with the client’s approved credentials via the organization’s password manager.
- Confirm you are working Monica’s schools (source notes five schools under her account).
## Procedure
1. Sign in to MyFoodProgram and open the target school.
2. Open **Meal** and set the correct month.
3. Open **Breakfast**, **Lunch**, and **PM Snack**—work only days highlighted as having meal counts (for example, green indicators).
4. Select **Edit Food Production**.
5. Enter **Actual Meal Counts** in the production Number field. Skip zeros. Then choose **Estimate Production**.
6. When the estimate appears, **Save**. Confirm the day’s food production is recorded.
7. Repeat for each required day/week of the month. Production records are checked against disallowed meal counts; inaccurate entries can block reimbursement.
8. Update Hubtasks/Worklenz with completed, pending, or remaining schools/days.
