## Purpose
Verify meal plans/meal completion in MySimpleMenu for Erica Harris so classroom meal records stay aligned and ready for food-program follow-up (including KidKare where applicable).
## Prerequisites
- Sign in to MySimpleMenu with the client’s approved credentials via the organization’s password manager.
- Confirm the correct site/account (example site selector may appear as **H1535** with the spoon/fork icon).
## Procedure
1. Sign in to MySimpleMenu and select the correct site/account.
2. Choose the date to review.
3. Check all three meals: **Breakfast**, **Lunch**, and **PM Snack**.
4. For Breakfast, confirm the date, select **View All**, and review each classroom. Identify rooms that have not completed meals for that day.
5. Repeat the classroom review for Lunch and PM Snack.
6. Skip rooms that provide their own meals (source examples: Sparrow, Owls, Cardinals, Peacock)—do not treat those as incomplete for this client’s process.
7. Leave a Hubtasks/Worklenz comment with what you reviewed and which rooms still need updates. Mark the task complete when the day’s review is done.
