Upload 4-Week Cycle Menu to Brightwheel and Kidkare (Shaniqua)
Purpose
The purpose is compliance and proper record-keeping, and the task is data entry/updating menus in Brightwheel following the set procedure.
 
## Step 1
 Open the accounts of Bright Wheel then log in
 
## Step 2
 Click the “Left and Right” to see the date you need to update in the measurement.
 
## Step 3
 As you can see in the Click Up comment section, there are measurements for each room. Use these as your reference when updating in Bright Wheel
 
## Step 4
 Click “Room” the room that you want to update the measurement.
 
## Step 5
 Click the “Three Dots” beside Breakfast, AM Snack, and PM Snack
 
## Step 6
  Click “Add Food”.
 
## Step 7
 Click the quantity field and enter the food measurements from the Click Up comment section. Make sure to convert the quantity into decimal form. After entering the quantity, proceed to select the unit of measure change it, which can also be found in the Click Up comment section
 
## Step 8
 Once you've finished entering everything, click 'Assign to Classroom”.
 
## Step 9
 Click 'Preview menu ”.
 
## Step 10
 Click on 'Save Change'
 
## Step 11
  Your task is repetitive, just make sure to complete the input for each date listed and months in Brightwheel. For every room, you need to enter the details for Breakfast, Lunch, and PM Snacks for each date.
 
## Step 12
 After completing the task, you need to update Click Up with the progress, whether it's completed, still pending, or if there are remaining items.
