1. Open the Approved Channel
Use the authorized YouTube account and confirm the correct Miles and Memories channel before uploading.
2. Upload and Describe
Upload the exported video, create an accurate title, and add a description with the approved support message. Select the Miles and Memories playlist and mark altered content appropriately.
3. Add Metadata
Use approved tags, recording date, and video location. Review the title, description, tags, and thumbnail details before continuing.
4. Configure Settings
Use the standard license, disable embedding and remixing when required, select Entertainment, and apply the approved comment and moderation settings.
5. Schedule
Check the existing publishing calendar, choose the correct date, and schedule the video for the standard 9:00 PM Eastern time.
