Website Updates and Maintenance

Purpose

Keep website content accurate, current, functional, and aligned with client-approved programs, services, and priorities.

1. Identify the Update

Review the client's request, meeting notes, or identified issue. Confirm exactly what must be added, removed, or changed.

2. Review Existing and Related Pages

Check the relevant page's content, links, images, forms, and buttons. Search the site for the same outdated information and update affected pages when needed.

3. Make and Test Changes

Use approved wording and maintain existing branding. Test desktop and mobile views, buttons, links, forms, QR codes, and CTAs. Verify spelling, grammar, contact information, and formatting.

4. Verify and Publish

Confirm programs, age ranges, enrollment information, pricing, dates, and other details match the latest client-approved information. Obtain approval when required, save/publish, and recheck the live page.

5. Document

Record what changed, inform the client, and note any remaining items needing approval, information, or technical support.

Completion Checklist

Verify accuracy, spelling, contact information, links, buttons, forms, QR codes, mobile/desktop views, related-page consistency, branding, and required client approval.
