Purpose
Create a consistent, fact-based weekly review of client activity, performance, wins, risks, blockers, utilization, and next steps. Use with the Underutilized Client Rescue Playbook to catch issues early.
Escalation Path
1. Employee documents the concern
2. Takes appropriate action in role
3. Records action and proposed next step in the Snapshot
4. Escalates to SPM/supervisor when more authority is needed
5. Leadership gets a concise summary of unresolved risks
What to Cover
Active clients, EA/PM portfolios, department ops, staffing/workload, utilization, blockers, performance, accomplishments, escalations, and priorities. Do not stop at “waiting on client” or “underutilized” — include cause, actions taken, opportunities, and support needed.
Complete and Submit
Answer every assigned department question with specific facts (names, dates, statuses). Include wins with visible value, pending/overdue items, blockers with owners, underutilization cause + action plan, and clear next-week priorities.
Post the Snapshot in the Worklenz task comment section by Friday 16:00, then mark the task Complete. Recurring task: weekly Friday, due 16:00, create a new task each week (~30 min, High priority).
Quality & Review
Snapshots must be on time, complete, accurate, specific, and professionally written. Supervisors follow up on vague answers, missing Yellow/Red explanations, underutilization without a plan, or repeated late/incomplete submissions. Department summaries roll into one company Snapshot for leadership.
