Zero Tolerance Policy

Scope and Purpose

This policy covers everyone performing work for CVA or Allied Assist across client engagements, internal operations, communication platforms, and data systems. It protects client data, service integrity, and professional conduct.

Prohibited Actions

Zero-tolerance violations include fraudulent time tracking or data manipulation, confidentiality breaches, intentional misrepresentation, refusal to follow lawful instructions, unauthorized outsourcing, harassment or discrimination, falsified records, and theft or misuse of company or client property.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report suspected violations immediately to Management or HR. Reports are investigated promptly, confidentially, and fairly. Confirmed violations may result in immediate contract termination; legal action may be pursued for fraud, theft, or data breaches.

Manager Responsibilities

Staff must comply and report concerns. Managers and Project Managers monitor compliance, document incidents, and enforce corrective action.
